AIPKI wilayah VI melaksanakan kegiatan pelantikan pengurus masa bakti 2022-2025. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Pulau Dewata Bali pada tanggal 26-27 Oktober 2022. Pelantikan pengurus AIPKI wilayah VI dilakukan langsung oleh Ketua AIPKI Pusat, Prof. Dr. dr. Budi Santoso, Sp.OG., Subsp. FER. Dalam sambutannya, Ketua AIPKI Pusat memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada Ketua AIPKI Wilayah VI periode sebelumnya, Prof. dr. Budu, Ph.D., SpM(K)., M. Med. Ed., yang telah aktif berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan kedokteran di wilayah timur Indonesia. Beliau juga berpesan agar kepengurusan baru ini dibawah pimpinan Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani Rasyid, Sp.PD-KGH., beserta jajarannya mampu melanjutkan hal-hal baik selama ini dan lebih meningkatkan kualitas SDM Indonesia.

Kegiatan pelantikan ini juga dirangkaikan dengan rapat kerja perdana, yang diisi dengan presentasi program kerja oleh semua divisi. Ketua AIPKI Wilayah 6, Prof. Dr. dr. Haerani Rasyid, Sp.PD-KGH, Sp.GK., menyambut baik hal ini dan mendorong seluruh divisi untuk memberikan usaha terbaiknya untuk kemajuan pendidikan kedokteran di Indonesia.
